Important Information

Buyers Payment

All payment must be made by certified check, money order, bank transfer or cash.

Commission

The buyer must pay a commission to Mir-Tom on top of the price agreed by the buyer and the seller. This commission will be calculated by the type and condition of the equipment.

Billing

The bill will be prepared by the owner of the equipment directly to the buyer or by Mir-Tom to the buyer if he is acting on behalf of the buyer.

Sales taxes

For the equipment to be exported, it’s on the buyer’s side to provide the relevant export documents to the seller. (For Canada it’s the B-13 and the bill of landing).

Warranties

Buyers agree to take all equipment in as “AS IS WHERE IS” condition.There are no warranties, expressed or implied unless it’s mentioned in the selling contract.

Wrapping

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to wrap as it should be the equipment for the cargo or local transport.

Shipping

It’s the buyer’s responsibility to select a transport company and number of staff who would carry the equipment along from the shipping location.

Inspection of the goods

The buyer shall inspect the equipment immediately upon its arrival and shall give written notice to the seller or to Mir-Tom (if he is acting on the behalf of the buyer). If the equipment does not conform to the terms of the contract .You are responsible to report any damage to the carrier within 10 days after receipt of your equipment.

Installation

All equipment requires installation and adjustments due to handling, shipping and storage. These adjustments are always the buyer’s responsibility. Please be prepared to call and pay a technician to help you with your installation and training.

Offers

All offers will be transmitted to you by e mail or telephone .You will then have the choice of accepting or refusing the offer(s).

Preparation for Transport

The equipment being sold must have the chemicals removed from the tanks and be unplugged from the electricity panel. All accessories and spare parts must be wrapped and put in boxes. All equipment must be near the exit point for easy pick up.
